  • You can select a contract period from one to four years. The dormitory entry fee varies depending on the contract period. If you renew the contract period, the renewal fee will be 70% of the dormitory entry fee for the number of years you wish to renew.
  • This is a deposit. We will not refund it if you cancel you contract during the contract period.
  • This covers the various shared facility expenses and general management fees (e.g., management, cleaning and cooking) for one year. We charge this each year.
  • We will charge you a room cleaning fee of 47,300 yen when you leave your room.

You can start your new life immediately!
All the dormitory rooms are private rooms. This protects your privacy. We provide you with all the furniture you will need in your life from the beginning. Therefore, you can start your life immediately from the day you move into your room. You do not need to prepare furniture and home appliances from scratch, so it is economical. There are baths/toilets and washing machines in the dormitory rooms. This makes life comfortable.

The meals at KU I-House do more than just fill your stomach; we are particular about using seasonal ingredients with a high nutritional value and serve a rich variety of dishes that you will not get tired of eating every day. We help you to live every day in a healthy manner with your eating habits. We recommend a plan including meals if you want to eat properly every day. Of course, you can also choose a plan excluding meals that allows you to place an order only when you want to eat.

We are looking for Resident Assistants (RAs) for the KU I-House International Student Dormitory in Partnership with Kansai University in FY2021 who meet the following requirements.

The RAs will be students who will support the daily lives of dormitory students (international students and Japanese students) living in KU I-House away from their parents so that they can live a comfortable dormitory life with peace of mind.

  • You will be an undergraduate or master’s student enrolled in Kansai University
  • You will have English language ability at the daily conservation level
  • You will have a spirit of cooperativeness in communal living
  • You will live a dormitory life that serves as a model to other dormitory students

Kansai University and the operating company of Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. will use the personal information you give in the documents you submit to manage and operate KU I-House. We will not use that information for any other purpose except in the event requested to do so by law.
