Security deposit will be refunded when the contract expires. (A cleaning charge will be deducted fromthe security deposit.) The monthly rent is automatically transferred on the 27th of the previous month. The contract period is from 91 days up to 1year. (Short term contract less than 90 days is also available.) For the first year contract, applicant's qualifications must be confirmed by Kyoritsu International Foundation. Applicants must : 1.Be an international student of University, 2-year College, Technical College or Language School in Japan. 2.Be a diligent student. 3.Be cooperative and be able to live with other residents in a dormitory

Conditions for renewal Students who have no arrearages and are still qualified as a dormitory resident (Qualification: See 'Conditions for admission') can renew their contracts. The dormitory manager's recommendation is required. The contract period is 1 year and no renewal fee is needed.

How to apply Please fill out the application form and submit it to Kyoritsu Maintenance Co.,Ltd.

Kyoritsu Maintenance Co.,Ltd. will ask Kyoritsu International Foundation to confirm the qualifications.

When Kyoritsu International Foundation approve the qualifications, a contract will be issued.

Please sign the contract and submit the documents which are requested. You will be asked to pay the application fee and to have fire insurance.
